Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password or simply need to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly and easily. This article outlines the steps to request a password reset link, set a new password, and regain access to your account.

Note: Learners should go the the learner login page - see link below the Login button. 

Step 1: On the Login page click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.

Step 2: Enter your Email Address and click the Reset button.

Step 3: If your Email Address is registered to an associated account, you will receive an Email (within a few minutes) containing a link to reset your password (please check your junk and spam folders).  Click the link in this email and it will redirect you to a 'Set Password' page.

• Enter your new password in the 'Set your new password' field.
• Retype your password in the 'Confirm your new password' field.
• Click Set Password.

Step 5: You will be redirected to the Login page - enter your Email Address, new Password and click Login.
