Last Update a year ago

Use the Support tab within a Learner Program to record details of any learning support that is being provided. This could include funded or non-funded support depending on the learner’s needs. Learning Support Records help ensure that support is documented accurately and reflected in the ILR for funding purposes.

This article will guide you through how to add a Learning Support Record and provide an overview of each field in the process.

Step 1: Click Learners from the left-hand menu and locate the relevant Learner Program in the table.

Step 2: In the Actions column, click Open Program.

Step 3: Go to the Support tab.
Step 4: Click + Add Support.

Step 5: Complete the details in the + Add Support pop up (refer to the table below for guidance on each field).
